At NARA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept requests only for damaged, defective, or tampered products.

Eligibility:
- Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and sealed.
- Share photo/video proof clearly showing the issue.

Not Eligible:
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Requests made after 24 hours
- Change-of-mind returns

How to Request:
Email us at info@naraglobal-india.com or whatsapp us with your order ID and images of:
1. The damaged item
2. The outer packaging
3. The shipping label

We’ll offer a replacement, or refund where replacement isn’t possible.
